Process:

1. Send me your IBAN, name and if you're going to send a regular- or an instant-transfer.

2. I'll send you my bank details.

3. I'll mark the the trade as paid once my bank fully clears the transfer.

• Maximum of 100€ and only one trade per 48 hours if it's your first time trading with me.

• No third party transfers of any kind. (Only send the funds from your bank account. Not your friend's, partner's etc.)

• KYC is required unless we traded before. I reserve the right to ask for KYC during any part of the trade. If my bank puts the transfer on hold because of compliance issues I might ask for KYC even after you sent the transfer.

By initiating any trade with me, you confirm the following:

1. Legal Source of Funds:
   • The funds you send are obtained legally.
2. No Illegal Use:
   • You won't use the cryptocurrency for illegal activities.
3. Compliance:
   • Adherence to local laws and regulations is your responsibility.
4. No Financial Advice:
   • Information provided by me is not financial advice.
5. Disclaimer of Liability:
   • I am not liable for financial losses or legal consequences you might face from trading with me.

Your agreement with these terms is implicit upon trading.
